Sarajevo Airport handled 151.309 passengers last month, its busiest since August 2019. The figure represents a decrease of 15.4% on two years ago, prior to the pandemic. During the month, Turkish Airlines, jointly with its AnadoluJet unit, offered the most seats from Sarajevo, followed by Wizz Air and Flydubai. The most capacity was available to and from Istanbul’s Sabiha Gocken Airport, then Dubai and Riyadh. During the January - August period, Sarajevo Airport welcomed 450.533 passengers through its doors, down 44.9% on the same period in 2019. EX-YU Aviation News
