Go Inside the Most Exclusive Airport Lounge in San Francisco

Located in Terminal 3 at San Francisco International Airport (SFO), the Centurion Lounge operated by American Express recently underwent a four-month remodel that doubled its floorspace to 16,000 square feet. The lounge opens its doors at 5 a.m., and the bar begins serving light drinks an hour later. The full cocktail list is available at 10:30 a.m.; the Gin Basil Fizz is one of the most popular drinks. Access to this lounge is only available to American Express cardmembers with a Centurion or Platinum-branded cards Delta SkyMiles® Reserve American Express Card and Delta SkyMiles® Reserve Business American Express Card members also get complimentary access to Centurion Lounges located in the U.S., Hong Kong and London when flying on a Delta-marketed or -operated flight purchased with any U.S.-issued American Express card. The Centurion lounge does not sell access to the lounge even if you hold another American Express card.
