Norwegian carrier Flyr has ceased operations and filed for bankruptcy today, resulting in the termination of its planned new seasonal flights to Croatia. Flyr commenced services at the end of June 2021 and was to launch two weekly seasonal flights from Oslo to Dubrovnik and Zadar, as well as a one weekly rotation between Bergen and the Croatian coastal city, this summer. The airline built up a network combining domestic routes with popular international city and resort destinations in Europe. It boasted a fleet of five Boeing 737s, including the MAX.
