Banja Luka Airport will boast new seasonal summer charter flights to several destinations this summer. Tunisia’s Nouvelair will operate leisure flights from Monastir, on the country’s Mediterranean coast, to Banja Luka from May 31. On June 7, Turkey’s Tailwind Airlines will commence regular summer charters from Antalya, while from July 1, Aegean Airlines will run charters from Athens to Bosnia and Herzegovina’s second largest city. The operator of Banja Luka Airport today named a new General Manager with Natalija Trivić to take over the reins. Ms Trivić is a former journalist and was the Minister for Education and Culture in the government of the entity of Republika Srpska from 2018 until 2022. “Jointly with my colleagues I will continue to increase traffic and passenger numbers, as well as improve the business on all levels”, Ms Trivić said.
